Both apartment complexes are a short distance from the training center and offer excellent access to shopping, child care, schools, and public transit.  Stay somewhere nice, safe, convenient, and new. Both complexes we work with are less than 2 minutes from the interstate (I-40), one is 5-7 minutes from the Academy and close to everything, the other is 15-17 minutes away in a more rural setting with plenty of shopping close by. ***Limited number of Almost Free Rental Cars ($3.99 per day) for Short Term Renters***  **24/7 full service gym memberships available (upon request)  @ BIFF's Fitness

The Highland Pointe apartment complex is six years old (not 20-30 like other  FAA housing). It features a pool, gated entry, on-site car wash area, vacuum center, free coffee bar, free business center with computer and printer, jogging trails, movie exchange, and 24 hr fitness center. Valet trash pick up Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings from the curb in front of your unit.  The staff here is excellent and will assist you, however we are separate companies and request you contact us first for any needs you may have.

• Limited number of garages available for $65 per month (avoid hail damage)

• There is a high quality day care center about two blocks from the complex.

• The complex is 15-17 minutes from the FAA center, 2 blocks from the interstate, 2 blocks from grocery stores and fast food restaurants, and just 5 freeway miles west of the corner of Reno and MacArthur where there is just about every restaurant and store you could need. 

We are not located near the "other" apartments you may have heard horror stories about.  We ARE located in the booming Yukon area, a newly developing city with a rural feel, a place where you would want your family to live. 

The Providence Place apartment complex is BRAND NEW!  Our apartments were completed in April 2011, and we will be the first tenants in them.  It is the CLOSEST, NEWEST,  and we think the NICEST complex that rents to FAA and TSA students.  This complex has walking trails around a fountain fed lake (currently under construction), playgrounds, business center, pool, barbeque area (with grills), excellent fitness area, gated entry, an awesome theater room for parties or group study sessions (may be a small fee for theater room), stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, super efficient air conditioning (you'll love it in the summer), and stained concrete or wood  floors in the kitchen and dining areas (carpeted living room and bedrooms).  The staff here is excellent and will be happy to assist you, however, we are separate companies and request you contact us first for any needs you may have.

• The complex is 5-7 minutes from the FAA center, 2 blocks from the interstate, 2 blocks from grocery stores, Super Wal-Mart, fast food, and full service restaurants. 

We are not located near the "other" apartments you may have heard horror stories about.  We ARE located in a newly developing area on MacArthur Blvd on the South side of I-40 (miles away from the MacArthur riff raff where other complexes are located).  The complex is being built around two lakes with trees, walking trails, outdoor play areas.  This will be the premier site outside of downtown.

We're not the cheapest but we are the nicest! We get calls frequently from people already staying in one of the "other" complexes begging us to find them a better, safer, or nicer place, don't delay, book early!

• $63 for 2 BR 2 Bath, If you find a roommate it's just $31.50 per person per day (invoiced separately for ease on your travel voucher).

• Short Term Per Diem rate is the government allocated $81.00 per day for 1 Br ($85 for 2-3 Br.) Usually stays of 30 days or less are reimbursed by the FAA at $81 per day (some exceptions less than 30 days are allowed; you may be required to show you're on long term per diem).
