The apartment complex itself is six years old (not 20-30 like other  FAA housing). It features a pool, gated entry, free on-site car wash and vacuum center, free coffee bar, free business center with computer and printer, jogging trails, movie exchange, and 24 hr fitness center. Valet trash pick up Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings from the curb in front of your unit.

Limited number of garages are available for $65 per month (avoid hail damage) and local phones are available upon request or an additional fee of $1.00 each per day.  There is also a high quality day care center about two blocks from the complex.

The complex is 10-15 minutes from the FAA center, 2 blocks from the interstate, 2 blocks from grocery stores and fast food restaurants, and just 5 freeway miles west of the corner of Reno and MacArthur where there is just about every restaurant and store you could need. 

We are not located near the "other" apartments you may have heard horror stories about.  We ARE located in the booming Yukon area, a newly developing city, a place where you would want your family to live.  Remember, you get what you pay for (no mold, rodents, or bed bugs ever reported here--unlike some FAA approved apartments)! We've never had one complaint filed with the FAA.

You can share a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment and you come out $$ ahead.

$63 for 2 BR 2 Bath, If you find a roomate it's just $31.50 per person per day (invoiced separately for ease on your travel voucher).

$68.00 per day for a 3 BR 2 Bath. If you rent a 3 bedroom unit and get two roommates, you will each only pay $22.66 per day.  You may actually make money while you stay (we will invoice you separately so your travel vouchers will be easier to do).

Short Term Per Diem rate is the government allocated $84.00 per day for 1 Br ($85 for 2-3 Br.) Usually stays of 30 days or less are reimbursed by the FAA at $84 per day (some exceptions less than 30 days are allowed; you may be required to show you're on long term per diem).  Rental cars may be available at a discounted rate.
